Submit your application online by clicking the link below (Online Application). You cannot save your application once it is started. So you will need all the materials listed below. You will answer some questions and then there will be a location for you to upload your Essay, Resume, and Transcript file. Your letters of recommendation are submitted separately. Your letter writers will directly submit them via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Letters submitted directly by the student will be returned. If for any reason you are unable to submit an online application, please contact Dr. Evans-White at 479-575-4706 and she will help you with your application.
Describe why you are interested in this REU program and what you would like to accomplish if you get the chance to participate. This essay should be single-spaced and no more than 300 words in length using a 12-point font.
This does not have to be official sealed copies. Transcripts should be photocopied or photographed so that they can be converted to a pdf or jpeg file. These files should NOT be screenshots of university or college websites. We may request an official transcript if you make the short-list of applicants.
Please include information on your GPA, coursework, work experience, and research experience if applicable.
