Study Abroad Opportunities
University of Arkansas Office of Study Abroad & International Exchange
Consider studying marine biology on the Great Barrier Reef, research in a Costa Rican
rainforest, health policy and practice in Denmark, humanities and culture in South
Africa, or art in Italy.
Students in the premedical program have taken advantage of the many types of study abroad programs administered through the University of Arkansas Office of Study Abroad & International Exchange. You can choose from summer programs sponsored by the University of Arkansas or reciprocal exchange programs with partner institutions in Australia, England, France, and Japan. With preplanning it is possible to attend a summer study abroad program and spend a semester abroad without interrupting the typical plan of study followed by premedical students.
