The Coordinator will develop training materials, lead problem-solving training events, prepare for and lead training workshops. The Coordinator will be the point of contact in the Dean’s office for department administrators on all fiscal, procurement, and travel related matters. This position provides individual assistance to the Administrators. This position will guide new staff by directing them to the proper training sources and assist in training on specifics for the College. The Coordinator meets quarterly with the Administrators to verify the data accuracy of the salary budget spreadsheets and reports any necessary updates to the Director of Budget and Planning. The Coordinator maintains and updates the College’s web page content related to fiscal, procurement and travel training material and policies and procedures.
