If you are unsure of who to contact, you may visit our office on campus or send us an email at email@example.com and we'll try to get back with you as soon as we are able. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, closed weekends and University holidays.
Overrides, Enrollment, Classes, etc.
For questions related to enrollment and class information, contact our Student Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. We require the student's name and University ID number to properly assist in any functions related to UAConnect. Official correspondence should also be conducted via the student's University email, if possible.
Prospective and current Undergraduate students may contact our Undergraduate Coordinator, Prof. Matthew Clay at email@example.com, about our major and minor degree plans in Mathematics and Statistics.
Prospective and current Graduate students may contact our Graduate Coordinator, Prof. Andrew Raich at firstname.lastname@example.org, about our masters and Ph.D. programs in Mathematics and Statistics. Math Placement Exam Help
We ask students to see if their question is already answered on our Math Placement Exam webpage.
For issues related to ProctorU - use ProctorU's Support page for direct support.
All other questions may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org and must include the student's name, University ID number, and a detailed description of the issue.
Online Homework and Blackboard Support
We ask students to see if their questions is already answered on our Frequently Asked Questions page.
If additional help is needed, students are encouraged to rely on their instructor as a primary contact for issues in their class. If technical issues persist, contact our Software Support specialist, Nick Shapter at email@example.com with the student's name, University ID number, the affected MATH or STAT class and section, and a brief description of the issue with any related screenshots; many issues are related to the browser and operating system the student uses, so including that information will be helpful as well.
Technical Support related to BlackBoard is provided by the University's IT Services.
