The Concert Band is a spring semester ensemble of 60-70 musicians, most of whom are non-music majors. Concert Band is open to all University of Arkansas students. The ensemble is dedicated to outstanding performances of quality concert band and wind ensemble literature. The Concert Band performs two concerts each spring that frequently include innovative and new works.

Concert Band is listed as MUEN 1491, 2491, 3491, 4491, 4691, 5491. Freshmen enroll in the 1000 level, sophomores in the 2000 level, etc.

Audition Information

Auditions for the spring semester are scheduled during the two weeks prior to the end of the fall semester.
