Wind Symphony

The Wind Symphony consists of 60-70 musicians who have demonstrated outstanding musicianship and are interested in expanding their artistry and understanding of music. Each semester the Wind Symphony performs two concerts of established wind band repertoire and exciting new works. The ensemble's membership consists of music majors as well as talented students from other academic disciplines in the university community.

  • MWF 12:55-2:15 Both Semesters

Wind Symphony is listed as MUEN 1461, 2461, 3461, 4461, 4661, 5461. Freshmen enroll in the 1000 level, sophomores in the 2000 level, etc.

Audition Information

Fall auditions for the Wind Symphony are scheduled the two days before the first day of classes.

Spring auditions are scheduled during the two weeks prior to the end of the fall semester.
