Center for World Languages

The Center for World Languages, Literatures and Cultures has a long history of support for the faculty and students of the Department of World Languages through the availability of state-of-the-art technologies.  We ensure that our teachers and students have access to the technologies and materials that are needed to support high outcomes in their courses.  From online textbook components to special video projects to film viewing, we are here to assist.

In our lab in the JB Hunt building -room 207 - we provide:

  • Mac and PC computers equipped with webcams and microphones
  • Video cameras, microphones and tripods for class use
  • Specialized video and audio editing software
  • Digital international satellite television
  • Printers, scanners, and word processing software
  • An international film library
  • Laptop/AV lab for class use

And most importantly, we provide in-person support for all our students and faculty working with technology.
