Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
The JLPT is the only international certification examination that is authorized by the Japanese government, and the University of Arkansas is an official U.S. host institution. JLPT certification will help individuals truly stand out in their future academic and professional endeavors.
Since its designation in 2008, our Japanese Program has been preparing its students
for this international certification examination.

2023 JLPT SCHEDULE
Northwest Arkansas National Airport
(Airport Code: XNA)
Official Airport Website
Major airlines have daily flights between 15 U.S. cities and XNA. Fly-in examinees need to be aware that the University of Arkansas is approximately 3 hours by car from Little Rock. XNA, on the other hand, is only 35 minutes by car from the University of Arkansas.
-NOTE- We strongly urge fly-in examinees to use the airport code (XNA) in flight reservation to avoid arriving in a wrong airport (there are other airports with misleading names in other U.S. states).
