Fulbright Instructor Coach Program

At the University of Arkansas, an instructor coach is a faculty member who spends most of their time teaching (about 75%) but also sets aside dedicated time (about 25%) just for you, the student, to support your college journey.  Our instructor coaches are like personal guides, helping you find your way around campus, discover all the resources available to you, connect with groups that match your interests, and learn to speak up for yourself.

Guidance

An Instructor Coach is a guide between you and the resources available to you on campus.

Advocacy

An Instructor Coach is a student advocate, helping you identify, organize, and prioritize your needs.

Persistence

An Instructor Coach enables you to persist along the path to graduation.
