Todd has been working as an administrative professional for over 15 years. He joined the College of Education and Health Professions in July of 2011 as an Administrative Specialist II for the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing. In May of 2012, he transferred to the Office of the Assistant Dean for Administration, and was promoted to an Administrative Specialist III. In 2014, Todd was presented with the college's award for Outstanding Service to Faculty & Staff, and was recognized by the dean at the college's end of year meeting.
Todd is always looking for professional development opportunities on a number of levels, from diversity training, soft skills development, fine-tuning technology skills, management and leadership development, and more. In 2012, he completed the University of Arkansas' Human Resources Certificate Program and is currently working on his Diversity Certification. Todd is the chairman of the college's Professional Enhancement Program, a Notary Public for the college, and an active member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, serving on their Education Program Committee & the Arkansas-Oklahoma Division Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee.
