Requirements:

Current students interested in joining the Fulbright College Honors Program must have completed one regular semester (fall/spring) with minimum full-time enrollment of 12 hours on the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville campus and have earned a cumulative GPA 3.75 or higher.

Transfer students with a 3.75 GPA from their previous institution and a minimum of 24 hours of transfer credits coming in are also welcome to apply. As a transfer student, you should wait to apply until your final transcripts from all previous institutions have been received and posted to Workday.

All current and transfer students must have at least four semesters left at the university in order to complete the honors capstone project. If you believe you are an exception, please email us at arschnrs@uark.edu.

How to apply:

To apply for the Fulbright College Honors Program, you must first fill out this interest form.

The interest form can be filled out at any time. This form is NOT for New Freshmen- please visit the Honors College website for more information on how to apply as a New Freshman student.

Applications for Spring 2026 will open December 15th and close January 23rd at 4:00 PM.

Once you have filled out the Interest Form, you can fill out the Honors College Workday application. (You can find instructions on how to do so here.) We will then review your application and grades, and once your credentials have been verified, you will recieve further instructions from our office. All Workday Applications received before December 15th will be sent back.

Note: If you are a current honors student or honors fellow who recently changed to Fulbright from a different college (ex. Walton, Bumpers, Engineering, etc.), please reach out to our office directly at arschnrs@uark.edu.
