Gifts & Awards Administration
The Gift & Awards Administration team works closely with academic departments, divisions, and centers to provide gift purpose and balance information to all authorized spending authorities on endowments and current use gifts. We review and evaluate gift agreements for spending guidance and compliance, and create and review endowment earning and spending analytics. We assist Department Chairs and Endowed Chairholders in projecting spending and distribution of income, and monitor all endowed gift accounts for compliance with donor stipulations and Foundation policies governing spending and reinvestment levels. We monitor current use gift accounts for compliance with donor stipulations where applicable and assist with the gift close-out process. We assist departments and units with gift budget creation. We provide training to faculty and staff in the areas of gift management and compliance.
