Reporting a Concern or Violation

 The Office of Equal Opportunity and Compliance is pleased to announce that we have implemented a new online reporting system, Advocate GME. This system will allow individuals to report discrimination complaints, staff grievances and accommodation requests in a more efficient way. Individuals will have an opportunity to provide supportive documents and

Sexual misconduct

For allegations of sexual misconduct, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment or acts of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and other forms of sex/gender discrimination, the University has designated a Title IX Coordinator with overall responsibility for oversight of the University’s compliance with its obligations under Title IX. All complaints or any concerns about sexual conduct should be submitted to the Title IX Coordinator.

Sexual assault by faculty, staff or NON-student

For allegations of sexual assault by faculty, staff or other persons (other than students), the Title IX Coordinator makes a referral to the University Compliance Officer, who coordinates with the University of Arkansas Police Department (UAPD) and the University Health Center to ensure that allegations of sexual assault reported to University officials are investigated and that confirmed allegations are addressed through University personnel processes, as appropriate.

Sexual misconduct by studentS

For allegations of sexual misconduct by students, the Deputy Title IX Coordinators, in consultation with the Title IX Coordinator, coordinate with UAPD and the University Health Center to ensure that allegations of sexual misconduct reported to University officials are processed through the University student conduct system, as appropriate.  The Deputy Title IX Coordinators report to the University Title IX Coordinator on all allegations of sexual misconduct processed through the student conduct system.  Contact Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
