Priority Areas
GUIDANCE
A coach is a guide between students and the resources available to them on campus.
PERSISTENCE
A coach enables students to persist from term to term and ultimately graduate.
ADVOCACY
A coach is an advocate for the student to help them identify, organize, and prioritize
their needs.
A Coach is...
A coach is a faculty member, graduate assistant, or staff member who is dedicated to you, the student, in support of your college journey. Our coaches are like personal guides, helping students find their way around campus, discover all the resources available to them, connect with groups that match their interests, and learn the importance of self-advocacy.
