Arkansas residents who have submitted their AMCAS application may call (501-686-5354) to schedule their faculty interview.  Our interview dates are on Saturdays:  October 3, October 24, November 14 and January 9.  Currently, we will complete our interview schedule for October 3 before opening the October 24 interview day schedule.  All interviews for the 2021 admissions cycle will be “virtual” and detailed instructions will be sent to each applicant prior to the date of their interview.   Non-Arkansas residents will be interviewed by invitation only and the Admissions Committee will decide at its December meeting which non-Arkansas residents will be interviewed on January 9, 2021.

The TMDSAS Application timeline has been adjusted in response to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

For EY2021, the application will still open on May 1, but will remain open an additional month and will now close on November 1.

The updated TMDSAS Application Handbook is out.

AACOM has surveyed our institutions to determine their responses to the current public health crisis, and have compiled their responses in one, easy-to-access spot for you and your students. Please refer to our COVID-19 Resource page. Please note that this page is being continuously updated in real time. We encourage you to continue to check back for updates. We intend for this web-page to be home to all admissions requirement changes due to COVID-19 at each of our Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine.

The University of Arkansas premedical program is made up of hundreds of fantastic premed students, and the team of advisors who provide guidance to those students.
